Ryan Keeney
Business & Corporate Law
Of counselRyan Keeney is an Ontario lawyer whose practice focuses on business and corporate law. At Kassa Family Law, Ryan brings specialized expertise to family law matters that involve business ownership, complex corporate structures, or more sophisticated financial situations.
When one or both spouses owns a company, runs a professional practice, or holds significant business interests, the financial aspects of a separation can become considerably more complex. Valuing a business, assessing draws versus salary, tracing retained earnings, and understanding the impact on equalization requires legal expertise that goes beyond standard family law knowledge.
Ryan works alongside Anteneh to provide clients with integrated advice — ensuring that the business and corporate dimensions of a family law matter are handled with the same care and precision as the family law issues themselves.
Ryan's background in economics and his legal training at the University of Windsor give him a strong analytical foundation for addressing financial complexity in family law disputes.
